Quest ships via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or other Major Carriers. Delivery time (after notification) can take from 2-10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas. Rural area destination may take a longer time, and/or require a Depot pick-up. Any Additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

All of our shipments are automatically fully insured, covering the full replacement value of the item(s). The shipping insurance is already worked into the shipping price.
