Shipping in North America on orders over $500.00 is FREE! (before tax)

Only orders less than 50 lbs qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping is subject to change.

Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfound and Labrador, Northwest Territories or anywhere outside of USA & Canada.

All delivery charges and taxes will be added when applicable to the prices shown on the website. Duties and brokerage fees (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the consumer, and may be collected by a third party. Please make sure you have entered the correct information for your coordinates and currency to get the correct pricing for your location.

Quest ships via UPS courier Ground Service or other Major Carriers. Delivery time (after notification) can take from 2-10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas. Rural area destination may take a longer time, and/or require a Depot pick-up. Any Additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

All of our shipments are automatically insured covering $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your shipment, please let us know in the 'Order Notes' field. Additional insurance can be purchased at $2.00 per $100 of coverage.

If there are any additional shipping costs, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Quest will contact the customer after receiving an order. (may take up to 24 hours)

In the unlikely event that an item purchased in out of stock, we will contact the customer and present multiple options.

Options may include the following.

Customer may wait for your item to come in. (a time estimate will be presented)
Customer may choose an alternative product that we have in stock.
Customer may receive a refund or a store credit.
