In addition to a large sales floor, the Portage Store also houses the Repair Shop, Pro Audio Rental Department / Quest Sound & Light and offices for the Quest Music Store Online Store.

The Portage Store also has several lesson studios for Quest Music Academy, including a large drum studio equipped with two full drum kits.
